Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in client success or account management within revenue cycle management.
- Proven track record of overseeing and improving customer KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional certifications (e.g., CRCR, EHRC, CHFP, CMPE).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Experience in change management and influencing cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Advanced consultative sales skills for renewals and upsells.
- Ability to communicate KPI trends to internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic planning.
- Lead a team to implement client success best practices.
- Manage large-scale client renewals and strategic upsells.
- Develop educational marketing content for client engagement.
- Influence stakeholders cross-departmentally to align with organizational goals.
- Maintain oversight of customer KPIs and address performance issues.
- Advocate for client needs and communicate financial trends.
- Optimize RCM processes to ensure maximum client efficiency.
