Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in client success or account management within revenue cycle management.
  • Proven track record of overseeing and improving customer KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional certifications (e.g., CRCR, EHRC, CHFP, CMPE).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Experience in change management and influencing cross-departmental stakeholders.
  • Advanced consultative sales skills for renewals and upsells.
  • Ability to communicate KPI trends to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
