Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- At least 12 months of closing experience as a full-cycle AE, AE Apprentice, or SDR-promoted-to-AE.
- Proven history of hitting and beating pipeline and revenue targets.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong Engage/Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- High AI fluency with daily use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable selling into complex buying environments.
- Ability to operate without a playbook in a fast-moving, founding-stage environment.
- Native or fluent business English plus at least one European language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a defined book of target accounts and a pipeline target.
- Prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, and close deals end-to-end.
- Build pipeline through AI-augmented outbound.
- Qualify and convert inbound leads from website, events, and paid channels.
- Run consultative discovery calls with senior leadership.
- Lead live product demos.
- Drive multi-stakeholder buying committees across regulatory, IT, procurement, and legal.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
- Leverage tools for call review and self-coaching.
- Contribute to the refinement of the mid-market sales playbook.
