Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 12 months of closing experience as a full-cycle AE, AE Apprentice, or SDR-promoted-to-AE.
  • Proven history of hitting and beating pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong Engage/Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • High AI fluency with daily use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfortable selling into complex buying environments.
  • Ability to operate without a playbook in a fast-moving, founding-stage environment.
  • Native or fluent business English plus at least one European language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined book of target accounts and a pipeline target.
  • Prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, and close deals end-to-end.
  • Build pipeline through AI-augmented outbound.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads from website, events, and paid channels.
  • Run consultative discovery calls with senior leadership.
  • Lead live product demos.
  • Drive multi-stakeholder buying committees across regulatory, IT, procurement, and legal.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
  • Leverage tools for call review and self-coaching.
  • Contribute to the refinement of the mid-market sales playbook.
