Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in IGA and/or IAM solutions.
  • 10+ years of project leadership for large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Expertise in project management: planning, resource management, and scope definition.
  • Strong proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, SPML, SOAP, HTML).
  • Database management skills (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Directory Services knowledge (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD).
  • Programming language experience (Java, .NET, or C++).
  • Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or Saviynt).
  • Experience with SaaS security platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and RFP/contract experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients.
  • Lead technical definition, scoping, and design of identity security solutions.
  • Produce RFP responses, estimates, project plans, ROMs, and SOWs.
  • Own the technical execution and orchestration of professional services delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth technical reviews and optimize customer environments.
  • Identify recurring technical patterns and champion product enhancements.
  • Partner with account teams to drive expansion and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal Engineering/Product teams.
  • Manage regional services resourcing, forecasting, and invoicing approvals.
