Requirements
- Proven experience driving growth for consumer products
- Demonstrated success taking products from launch to meaningful early traction
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, activation, retention, referrals, and user lifecycle management
- Experience running hands-on growth experiments
- Deep understanding of attention-driven marketing, community-led growth, and viral loops
- Experience with partnerships, creator ecosystems, and distribution channels
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with limited structure
- Fluent English
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition, community engagement, and early-stage growth
- Build awareness, acquire users, and create scalable growth systems
- Engage directly with online communities across platforms like Reddit, Telegram, and WhatsApp
- Run hands-on growth experiments and turn insights into measurable outcomes
- Manage acquisition funnels, activation, retention, referrals, and user lifecycle
- Identify growth opportunities and execute growth strategy
- Collaborate with founders and team to iterate on growth initiatives
