Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience engaging C-level audiences within complex global organizations.
- Full professional bilingual fluency in Japanese and English.
- Deep familiarity with Japanese enterprise culture, procurement, and relationship dynamics.
- Experience owning or contributing to P&L, commercial forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Proven track record leading complex Generative AI or ML implementations.
- Resourceful and autonomous with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial lifecycle for Japan book of business from sourcing to renewal and expansion.
- Travel to Japan at least once per quarter for relationship building and deal advancement.
- Represent the company in Japan's creative and enterprise ecosystem.
- Partner with Product and Sales to translate Japan-specific market signals into strategy.
- Design and propose targeted solutions for partner creative and operational workflows.
- Identify and pursue new verticals and use cases in the Japanese market.
- Onboard new partners to the platform and API and support technical understanding.
- Analyze and report on partnership performance using BI tools.
