Responsibilities
- Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition metrics, and core KPIs for a dedicated business line.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention and conversion.
- Develop and execute quarterly growth strategies aligned with broader organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional execution by aligning teams across marketing, retail, partnerships, creative, CRM, and performance functions.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks, and translating insights into action.
- Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, launches, experiments, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, enabling automation, and scaling repeatable processes.
- Remove execution blockers and ensure accountability across all stakeholders involved in growth delivery.
