Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Growth, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to launch and manage performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical and comfortable working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS.
- Hands-on execution experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on to implement, test, and scale marketing initiatives.
- Launch and manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and conversion funnels.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies, including ABM, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
- Plan and execute online and offline events to boost engagement.
- Build and manage a strong community strategy.
- Develop marketing collaterals to support Sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis and refine product messaging.
