Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not just lead qualification).
- Proven track record of earning $125,000+ in total compensation.
- Experience selling professional services with 2-6 week sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience with pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to operate as a sole contributor across sales and marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Based in the United States.
- Available during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales process from discovery to contract execution.
- Handle objections, follow-ups, and proposal negotiations.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, objection libraries, and follow-up sequences.
- Operate and optimize internal Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute broader marketing strategy, content, and brand positioning.
- Create or direct the creation of marketing assets including landing pages, case studies, and social content.
- Elevate company brand to attract larger clients.
- Build and lead a future sales and marketing team.
