- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8–12 roles annually across paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche communities.
- Conduct first-round screening calls and written candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview loops, perform reference checks, and handle offer logistics.
- Build and maintain a bench of pre-qualified candidates.
- Track and report on time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer-accept rates, and 90-day retention.
