Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations
- Expertise in consumer purchasing behavior in rural areas
- Experience with consumer technology, telecommunications, broadband, or utilities
- Execution mindset with ability to operate independently in the field
- Experience building and scaling regional partnerships and distribution channels
- Experience running local or field marketing and community growth initiatives
- Demonstrated success owning projects end-to-end
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with comfort tracking metrics and ROI
Responsibilities
- Own Starlink’s consumer subscriber growth strategy and execution for Wyoming
- Serve as Starlink’s local market owner
- Execute business development strategies to expand consumer presence
- Identify and build new customer acquisition channels with partners and organizations
- Drive deal execution from opportunity identification to commercial agreement
- Represent Starlink in external discussions with partners and stakeholders
- Lead local marketing and awareness initiatives and grassroots campaigns
- Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback
- Track and report on subscriber acquisition performance and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute scalable growth programs
