Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical partnerships, product partnerships, technical business development, or related roles within developer tools, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of modern software development ecosystems, including APIs, SDKs, webhooks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based integrations.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful technology partnerships that resulted in product integrations, adoption growth, or joint go-to-market success.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering organizations to deliver technical solutions and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype use cases, evaluate technical feasibility, and translate business opportunities into product requirements.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience structuring mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and execution skills, with the capacity to balance long-term vision and tactical delivery.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional and external teams.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and build new programs from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a comprehensive technology partnership ecosystem by identifying, prioritizing, and managing relationships with developer, infrastructure, and security platform partners.
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including opportunity discovery, technical evaluation, integration planning, execution, testing, documentation, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Develop and maintain a strategic integration roadmap that aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and product priorities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate partnership opportunities into secure, reliable, and developer-friendly integrations.
- Establish strong relationships with technical, product, and business leaders across partner organizations to drive long-term collaboration and innovation.
- Support go-to-market efforts by enabling sales and marketing teams with technical resources, integration documentation, and partner-facing assets.
- Monitor integration performance, adoption rates, user engagement, and revenue impact to inform future investment and prioritization decisions.
- Identify opportunities for co-development, API collaboration, and ecosystem expansion that strengthen market positioning and customer value.
