Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops.
  • Experience shipping data products, models, or AI-powered systems into production.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Technical background strongly preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Claude or equivalent agentic tooling.
  • Familiarity with CS / Support operations.
  • Self-sufficient operator capable of running end-to-end workstreams.
  • Player-coach instinct with team mentoring orientation.
  • Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups.

Responsibilities

  • Improve the analytics, engagement and AI integration strategy for Customer Success and Customer Support.
  • Design and ship data products and automated AI workflows.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of CS on customer engagement model and org structure.
  • Set priorities and direction for CS analytics and applied AI work.
  • Guide work in the pod, partnering with Associates to shape analyses.
  • Build AI-powered tools to drive incremental value (churn scoring, next-best-action systems, etc.).
  • Establish how CS analytics and BizOps uses AI to multiply output.
