Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Proven experience building production-ready AI systems.
- Proficiency in agentic workflows, agent memory, and orchestration.
- Strong grasp of evaluation frameworks for agent decisions at scale.
- Fluency in AI tooling including LangChain, LangGraph, GraphQL, and MCP.
- Strong technical leadership and ability to mentor others.
- Data fluency with SQL and Python.
- Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
- Familiarity with CDC, APIs, and services such as DMS, OpenFlow, or Kafka.
Responsibilities
- Advance AI capabilities by designing and shipping agentic systems into production.
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI features including design, orchestration, evaluation, and hardening.
- Build foundational systems for agent memory and reliable evaluation.
- Set technical productivity standards using agentic AI developer tools.
- Pioneer AI-augmented engineering practices like prompt engineering and multi-agent orchestration.
- Provide architectural leadership across AI systems and data services.
- Address technical debt and advocate for AI-enhanced solutions.
- Mentor and elevate technical skills of fellow engineers.
