Lead Product Manager

Own the product vision and roadmap for Nitrogen's planning products: Tax, Income, Legacy, and Insurance.
Drive the full product lifecycle including conceptualization, prioritization, execution, and go-to-market.
Manage and develop Product Owners, setting clear expectations and ensuring high-quality execution.
Represent Nitrogen externally as a domain authority in customer conversations, conferences, and media.

Engineering at Nitrogen

On the Data & Services team, you will shape the systems that move, transform, and expose critical financial data. You will build and scale ingestion pipelines from external partners. You will also develop and maintain APIs that power these integrations. We leverage a modern tech stack including SQL, Python, Snowflake, and dbt. You will also work with tools like Airflow, Kafka, LangChain, and LangGraph. We actively embrace agentic AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Devin, and Cursor to amplify productivity. You will solve complex data challenges, from parsing messy real-world data to designing scalable AI systems. We encourage deep technical expertise and architectural leadership.
