Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position.
- Industry-specific certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Electrical preferred.
- Hands-on field experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive experience with Windows operating systems.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects.
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and late nights.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify solutions to energy-saving problems including HVAC, refrigeration, and metering.
- Track customer issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
- Communicate with clients and 3rd party vendors via phone, email, or chat.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Log all issues properly.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
- Follow up with clients to ensure equipment functionality.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Document technical knowledge and train vendors on systems and processes.
