Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position.
  • Industry-specific certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Electrical preferred.
  • Hands-on field experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and late nights.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solutions to energy-saving problems including HVAC, refrigeration, and metering.
  • Track customer issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
  • Communicate with clients and 3rd party vendors via phone, email, or chat.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Log all issues properly.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document technical knowledge and train vendors on systems and processes.
