Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
- Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capability
- Exceptional communication skills with customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Tesorio, Gmail, and Stripe (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, expansions, and auto-renewals
- Execute proactive collections strategies using NetSuite and Tesorio
- Apply incoming customer payments and resolve discrepancies
- Manage credit monitoring, holds, and adjustments
- Analyze AR trends and aging reports to provide actionable insights
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Leverage NetSuite and SuiteBilling for billing operations and system enhancements
- Prepare audit schedules and support SOX compliance
- Implement AI and automation tools to streamline AR workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams
