Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of direct billing experience.
- Experience with enterprise-level accounts and complex contracts.
- Experience in high-volume billing environments.
- Familiarity with ERP and billing systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Sage Intacct (preferred).
- Deep understanding of revenue recognition concepts and financial controls.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, error checking).
- Proficiency with G-Suite tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage billing for enterprise-level clients with complex account structures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate billing inputs.
- Review and maintain billing schedules and perform reconciliations.
- Resolve discrepancies or gaps in billing documentation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on billing policies and automation.
- Support month-end close processes and AR reporting.
- Identify billing inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Maintain audit trails and develop billing SOPs.
