Requirements

- Adaptability to startup environment and quick process changes
- Strong work ethic and ability to work without direct supervision

- Fast, stable, and reliable internet connection
- Minimum Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 4GB RAM
- At least 1 year of VA experience in Spanish customer support
- At least 1 year of experience in customer application/document review
Responsibilities
- Drive customer support communications across email, chat, and phone
- Review customer applications and process documents
- Manage client relationships with U.S. customers and institutions
- Audit data and product operations for quality assurance
- Perform data entry and file creation for BoomReport
- Handle ad-hoc projects like recruiting and link scraping
