  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Fast, stable, and reliable internet connection
  • Minimum Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 4GB RAM
  • At least 1 year of VA experience in Spanish customer support
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer application/document review

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer support communications across email, chat, and phone
  • Review customer applications and process documents
  • Manage client relationships with U.S. customers and institutions
  • Audit data and product operations for quality assurance
  • Perform data entry and file creation for BoomReport
  • Handle ad-hoc projects like recruiting and link scraping
