Requirements
- 1+ years of hospitality experience in hotels, hostels, or BNBs
- Experience in roles such as Front Desk, Night Auditor, Revenue Manager, or General Manager
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Native or fluent in English and Spanish
- Portuguese language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Great levels of learning agility
- Compatible graduation course or 2+ years of proven area experience
- Computer and systems proficiency
- Excellent internet/Wi-Fi connection
Responsibilities
- Assist and support existing hotel property customers daily
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other media
- Troubleshoot and make outbound calls for escalated issues
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive loyalty, retention, and software adoption
- Gather customer feedback and requirements for future software releases
- Create training materials and update support resources
- Attend company-wide online training to stay updated on system changes
