Requirements

  • 1+ years of hospitality experience in hotels, hostels, or BNBs
  • Experience in roles such as Front Desk, Night Auditor, Revenue Manager, or General Manager
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Native or fluent in English and Spanish
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
  • Great levels of learning agility
  • Compatible graduation course or 2+ years of proven area experience
  • Computer and systems proficiency
  • Excellent internet/Wi-Fi connection

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support existing hotel property customers daily
  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other media
  • Troubleshoot and make outbound calls for escalated issues
  • Foster strong customer relationships to drive loyalty, retention, and software adoption
  • Gather customer feedback and requirements for future software releases
  • Create training materials and update support resources
  • Attend company-wide online training to stay updated on system changes
