Requirements
- 2–4 years of project management or cross-functional operations experience.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end project delivery.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously.
- Experience driving operational readiness activities.
- Experience working with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and project management tools like Asana or Smartsheet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and lead through collaboration in matrixed environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
- Act as the bridge between Product and Operations for feature rollouts.
- Implement new vendors, design and run operational experiments.
- Roll out new care models and approaches.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI automation across operational workflows.
- Develop project charters, stakeholder maps, RAID logs, and change logs.
- Serve as single point of contact for assigned projects.
- Proactively identify and pilot new tools, workflows, or reporting methods.
