Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of IT technologies and willingness to learn new IT tools
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Awareness of project management methodologies like PMI or Prince2
Responsibilities
- Manage development and execution of small to medium, multi-phased projects
- Assist Senior Project/Program Managers on complex projects
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding scheduling, staffing, and technical requirements
- Process installation and decommissions of hardware and software in data centers
- Independently manage low-risk projects like data migrations
- Maintain project trackers and documentation
- Develop project schedules and determine resource needs
- Ensure adherence to PMO guidelines and project standards
- Manage project risk, issues, and escalation processes
