Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS customer onboarding, implementation, or lifecycle management.
  • Experience with products requiring configuration or guided setup.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B onboarding processes.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance.
  • High attention to detail, specifically for accuracy and compliance.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Startup or scaleup experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of shares and share schemes is a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-adjacent environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Scale customers.
  • Guide founders and leadership through share scheme setup and compliance.
  • Support complex SaaS onboarding processes.
  • Lead video calls with senior stakeholders and finance leaders.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention.
  • Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer documentation and scheme data.
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
