Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS customer onboarding, implementation, or lifecycle management.
- Experience with products requiring configuration or guided setup.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B onboarding processes.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance.
- High attention to detail, specifically for accuracy and compliance.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Startup or scaleup experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of shares and share schemes is a plus.
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-adjacent environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Scale customers.
- Guide founders and leadership through share scheme setup and compliance.
- Support complex SaaS onboarding processes.
- Lead video calls with senior stakeholders and finance leaders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention.
- Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy of customer documentation and scheme data.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
