Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Professional Services, field operations, or technical program delivery.
- Proven experience in people leadership.
- Experience delivering complex technology to public safety or regulated, evidence-centric customers.
- Familiarity with Interview Room, interview recording, and Axon Evidence workflows.
- Demonstrated ownership of inventory, asset management, and logistics coordination.
- Experience managing third-party performance, SLAs, and SOWs.
- Technical fluency with hardware deployments, cloud/SaaS platforms, and integrations.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a Professional Services team accountable for Interview Room deployments.
- Own delivery quality for programs including site readiness, installation, configuration, and training.
- Define and improve scalable delivery playbooks and governance controls.
- Manage inventory and asset lifecycle management including forecasting and staging.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on material availability and timelines.
- Manage third-party installers and subcontractors, including SOWs and SLAs.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical and contractual issues.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align field execution with product roadmaps.
