Requirements
- 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
- 2+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill insights.
- Strong communication skills with 5+ examples of presenting to leadership (Director+).
- 2+ years experience in SQL, including CTEs.
- 2+ years experience in building robust data models.
- 1+ years experience in Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested IF, connected Sheets).
- 1+ years experience developing dashboards with Looker or similar BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit.
- Analyze financial and utilization metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Enhance operational and analytical dashboards based on user needs.
- Create models and tools to identify and remove healthcare inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with managers and senior managers to monitor initiative impact.
- Support strategic projects as assigned.
