Requirements

- Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry or HR outsourcing (a plus).
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about Employer of Record services and schedule meetings or demos.
- Qualify leads and gather key information to assess potential as prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and pipeline strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide campaign feedback.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and revenue.
