Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about Employer of Record services and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Qualify leads and gather key information to assess potential as prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and pipeline strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide campaign feedback.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and revenue.
