- Manage customer Facebook and Google ad accounts day-to-day.
- Monitor account performance metrics and report status.
- Diagnose and solve underperforming account issues.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
- Own the ad creative library and manage creative fatigue.
- Execute A/B tests for copy, images, and video.
- Liaise with Customer Success Coordinators on account status.
- Address technical ad account support tickets.
- Maintain documentation for Ad Ops processes.
