- Tech stack experience (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.)
- Multifamily sales experience required

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and potential ROI
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and generate leads

- Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design and system configurations
- Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting during the sales process
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to execute pilot programs for prospective clients
- Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to stay updated on product developments and enhancements
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements for internal teams
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Provide insights to the product team to enhance offerings and address customer pain points
- Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings (up to 25%)
