How We Work

Dayshape embraces a flexible, hybrid working model. Many jobs are suitable for remote work. Only about a quarter of our 60 staff are in the Edinburgh office on any given day. Engineering at Dayshape

You will solve complex integration challenges for enterprise clients. Our platform integrates with existing tech stacks including Workday, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. We use data management tools like ADF and Databricks. You will build robust, scalable, and commercially sound integration solutions. This creates long-term value for clients and for Dayshape. Our engineers deliver high-quality integration builds. You will also maintain deep expertise across all integration methods. We partner with Workday for our Intelligent Staffing solution. This combines AI resourcing with the Workday ERP platform. You will identify capability gaps and provide structured feedback to product teams. You can contribute to integration standards and engineering best practices.

• Salary: $150,000 - $170,000, dependent on experience
• 31 days' vacation per year, increasing to a maximum of 38 days
