This platform helps Big Four and other top professional services firms globally. It combines advanced AI with real-time financial insights. Our solution elevates resource management to a strategic function. We drive profitable growth, power confident decisions, and ensure satisfied clients and teams. We help our customers build strong organizations and careers long-term. You can impact how leading firms optimize resources and make strategic decisions.
How We Work
Dayshape embraces a flexible, hybrid working model. Many jobs are suitable for remote work. Only about a quarter of our 60 staff are in the Edinburgh office on any given day. This demonstrates our virtual-first approach to broadening talent search. We foster a friendly, inclusive, and ambitious team environment. Our values and a shared commitment to success drive us. You will experience regular 'All Hands' meetings for inspiration and over-communication. Monthly team events are sometimes in-person, sometimes virtual. This environment allows you to grow personally as the company grows.
Engineering at Dayshape
You will solve complex integration challenges for enterprise clients. Our platform integrates with existing tech stacks including Workday, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. We use data management tools like ADF and Databricks. You will build robust, scalable, and commercially sound integration solutions. This creates long-term value for clients and for Dayshape. Our engineers deliver high-quality integration builds. You will also maintain deep expertise across all integration methods. We partner with Workday for our Intelligent Staffing solution. This combines AI resourcing with the Workday ERP platform. You will identify capability gaps and provide structured feedback to product teams. You can contribute to integration standards and engineering best practices.
