Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (admin-level preferred).
- Digital advertising expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute complex campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimize programs based on data.
- Ability to manage agency relationships and hold partners accountable.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel demand gen programs targeting enterprise retail and CPG buyers.
- Manage paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels.
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting new logos and existing expansion accounts.
- Partner with agency on SEO, paid campaigns, and website optimization.
- Track and report weekly pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourced, and CPA).
- Administer and optimize HubSpot nurture programs, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Drive event-based demand gen tied to industry conferences and webinars.
