Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (admin-level preferred).
  • Digital advertising expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to execute complex campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to optimize programs based on data.
  • Ability to manage agency relationships and hold partners accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand gen programs targeting enterprise retail and CPG buyers.
  • Manage paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels.
  • Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting new logos and existing expansion accounts.
  • Partner with agency on SEO, paid campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Track and report weekly pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourced, and CPA).
  • Administer and optimize HubSpot nurture programs, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Drive event-based demand gen tied to industry conferences and webinars.
