Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the Foodservice Chain channel
  • Proven track record of growing strategic customer accounts
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Ability to lead customer meetings and support demand forecasting
  • Knowledge of foodservice market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with key chain accounts and their industrial/distribution partners
  • Create new sales opportunities by leveraging customer insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Culinary teams to develop engagement opportunities
  • Oversee, develop, and execute sales of multi-brand product line
  • Work in the field to train distributor reps, end users, and manufacturing customers
  • Negotiate and implement sales and marketing programs
  • Prepare regular sales pipeline reports and analyze sales data
  • Utilize CRM system for lead tracking and pipeline management
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to support customer relationships
