Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the Foodservice Chain channel
- Proven track record of growing strategic customer accounts
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Ability to lead customer meetings and support demand forecasting
- Knowledge of foodservice market trends and customer needs
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with key chain accounts and their industrial/distribution partners
- Create new sales opportunities by leveraging customer insights
- Collaborate with Marketing and Culinary teams to develop engagement opportunities
- Oversee, develop, and execute sales of multi-brand product line
- Work in the field to train distributor reps, end users, and manufacturing customers
- Negotiate and implement sales and marketing programs
- Prepare regular sales pipeline reports and analyze sales data
- Utilize CRM system for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Lead cross-functional alignment to support customer relationships
