- Proven experience managing event portfolios in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong operational and project management skills.
- Expertise in ROI tracking, reporting, and scalable workflows.
- People management experience including coaching and development.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, event technology, and marketing automation.
- Ability to travel 25-40% based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead division event strategy and execution for tradeshows, conferences, and executive experiences.
- Manage, coach, and develop the division event team.
- Define lead tracking, attribution, and ROI reporting requirements.
- Manage forecasting, reconciliation, and budget accountability.
- Own event calendar, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Act as primary point of contact for division leadership and sales teams.
- Implement process improvements and workflows for scalable execution.
