Requirements

  • Proven experience managing event portfolios in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong operational and project management skills.
  • Expertise in ROI tracking, reporting, and scalable workflows.
  • People management experience including coaching and development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, event technology, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to travel 25-40% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead division event strategy and execution for tradeshows, conferences, and executive experiences.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the division event team.
  • Define lead tracking, attribution, and ROI reporting requirements.
  • Manage forecasting, reconciliation, and budget accountability.
  • Own event calendar, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Act as primary point of contact for division leadership and sales teams.
  • Implement process improvements and workflows for scalable execution.
