Requirements

  • College degree (BA, BS, or equivalent).
  • 1–4 years of experience in advertising, media, sales, or account management.
  • Experience prospecting and generating pipeline in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred).
  • Located in or willing to work West Coast hours (Pacific or Mountain time).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new advertising opportunities across SMB, regional, and mid-market accounts.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, relationship-building, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Qualify opportunities, pitch solutions, develop media recommendations, negotiate terms, and close business.
  • Manage advertiser and agency relationships from first conversation through renewal and account expansion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Ad Operations and Account Management to support campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and HubSpot.
