Requirements
- College degree (BA, BS, or equivalent).
- 1–4 years of experience in advertising, media, sales, or account management.
- Experience prospecting and generating pipeline in a high-volume outbound environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred).
- Located in or willing to work West Coast hours (Pacific or Mountain time).
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new advertising opportunities across SMB, regional, and mid-market accounts.
- Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, relationship-building, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Qualify opportunities, pitch solutions, develop media recommendations, negotiate terms, and close business.
- Manage advertiser and agency relationships from first conversation through renewal and account expansion.
- Partner cross-functionally with Ad Operations and Account Management to support campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and HubSpot.
