Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience with industrial electrical equipment, control panels, or automation.
- Experience sourcing custom control panel assemblies and automation hardware.
- Strong understanding of industrial controls and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with UL 508A control panels and electrical distribution equipment.
- Proven negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with energy, industrial, or data center projects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement for industrial control panels, PLCs, RTUs, and HMIs.
- Develop and manage relationships with fabricators, OEMs, and distributors.
- Partner with Engineering to support supplier selection and equipment requirements.
- Negotiate supply agreements, pricing, lead times, and warranties.
- Execute sourcing strategies including RFQs, RFPs, and contracting.
- Drive cost optimization through standardization and volume aggregation.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and lead development initiatives.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and track product obsolescence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability.
