- Serve as a primary client contact and maintain alignment across project stages.
- Manage project execution, including safety, schedule, budget, engineering, quality, commissioning, and compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using recognized tools and methodologies.
- Own project budgets from planning through close-out, including monthly forecasting and variance tracking.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cost, safety, quality, and delivery risks.
- Lead contract negotiations with EPCs, subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, NCRs, PCNs, and VCNs in a timely and traceable manner.
- Oversee invoice review and approvals throughout project delivery.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and timely project documentation and client and internal reporting.
- Support contract close-out and final project documentation handover.
