Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in Public Safety Solutions, Call Center technologies, or Cloud PBX.
- 2+ years of experience working directly within 9-1-1 systems, PSAPs, or public safety organizations.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of public safety operations and emergency communications.
- Experience navigating government procurement processes, contracts, grants, and funding.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CAD, RMS, telematics, and cloud/AI-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior public safety stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor for emergency communications infrastructure modernization.
- Lead government procurement processes including RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.
