Requirements

  • 10–20 years of experience in channel account management or B2B enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven success in managing channel ecosystems and co-selling strategies.
  • Strong understanding of product development, CAD/CAM software, or discrete manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional channel strategies aligned with revenue goals.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities through upselling and partner-led initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end sales execution including prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Support co-selling initiatives and joint sales motions.
