Requirements
- 10–20 years of experience in channel account management or B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Proven success in managing channel ecosystems and co-selling strategies.
- Strong understanding of product development, CAD/CAM software, or discrete manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional channel strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through upselling and partner-led initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end sales execution including prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Support co-selling initiatives and joint sales motions.
