  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and SaaS sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day engagement with existing enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to meet revenue targets
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning
  • Educate customers on product capabilities and deliver tailored demos
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Track customer usage and success metrics to mitigate risks
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive dynamics
