- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives
- Experience delivering value-based product demonstrations
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles including negotiation and closing
- Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and SaaS sales tools
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day engagement with existing enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning
- Educate customers on product capabilities and deliver tailored demos
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Track customer usage and success metrics to mitigate risks
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive dynamics
