- Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial P&C accounts up to $10MM in annual premium
- Serve as primary point of contact for client servicing, renewals, and coverage questions
- Own the renewal process end to end
- Clearly explain coverage, pricing, and policy changes
- Manage client expectations and resolve client concerns
- Execute core policy servicing, including endorsements, certificates, and audits
- Maintain accurate client records in AMS and CRM
- Partner with carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams
- Adhere to service standards, SLAs, and escalation protocols
