Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise including workflows, data models, and complex CRM troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience designing and owning marketing attribution models and multi-channel performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with intent data or contact intelligence platforms (e.g., UserGems).
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate analysis and build intelligent workflows.
  • Experience working with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Strong technical and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, including data architecture, workflow automation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Design and maintain lead scoring models, account routing logic, and campaign attribution frameworks.
  • Build and enhance GTM data flows across integrated tools.
  • Manage intent and signal intelligence systems such as UserGems.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows and analytical tools to surface insights.
  • Own marketing attribution modeling and ROI analysis.
  • Automate reporting, alerts, and playbooks for revenue teams.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps as a strategic technical advisor.
