Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and dbt.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
- Experience working with Go-to-Market data domains (marketing performance, funnel analytics, lead management, revenue attribution).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
- Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience integrating data from enterprise SaaS systems (CRM and marketing automation).
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and transformation frameworks supporting Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Build and optimize data models and transformations using tools such as Python, SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Develop and maintain automated data workflows and orchestration systems (e.g., Airflow) to ensure reliable and timely data delivery.
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured, scalable, and high-quality data solutions.
- Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting datasets.
- Support CI/CD practices and version-controlled development workflows using Git-based tools and modern engineering standards.
- Enable analytics and reporting by building curated datasets, semantic layers, and well-documented data products for business users.
