Requirements

- Excellent taste and execution in visual design
- Good proficiency with TypeScript
- Good proficiency with React
- Good proficiency with CSS
- Ability to work effectively without heavy top-down structure
- Strong communication skills for deliberate team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end including research, product specs, wireframes, and implementation
- Expand and enhance the in-house design system
- Collaborate with Product Engineers on bespoke design needs
- Redesign product flows based on customer feedback
- Build composable components for the design system
- Iterate on features based on user feedback and business needs
- Participate in team-wide customer issue investigations
