Requirements
- 5-7+ years working at the intersection of design and code in a product-led company
- Startup experience
- Previous experience owning or being a major contributor to a design system
- Deep experience with React, Typescript, and Tailwind
- Portfolio of work or GitHub profile demonstrating skill in product design and frontend development
- Passionate about creating usable interfaces guided by user feedback
Responsibilities
- Contribute to raising the design bar at Cortex
- Perform continuous improvement and animation enhancements
- Own the design system end-to-end, in both Figma and code
- Assist design, product management, and engineering teams in rapid prototyping
- Ship UI-heavy feature additions and fixes
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure product polish
