Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- At least 3 years of experience sourcing US-market roles
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience sourcing senior-level roles including Director, VP, and Staff/Principal Engineer
- Experience sourcing across multiple functions
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work US business hours overlap (minimum 4-5 hours of CT daily)
- Ability to manage multiple search strategies independently
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sourcing across active roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other channels
- Define search strategies including target companies, keywords, and outreach messaging
- Draft and send personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences
- Maintain and report on sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and source-to-screen conversion
- Collaborate with US hiring managers and the recruiting team through intake calls and calibration sessions
