Requirements
- Solid B2B sales experience (outbound/inbound).
- Experience managing or coaching a sales team.
- Experience selling to US-based business owners or decision-makers.
- Experience owning a team quota.
- Ability to build sales playbooks and processes without templates.
- Strong data tracking and pattern recognition skills.
- Proficiency in daily use of AI tools.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Run an assigned vertical industry as a business inside ScaleSource.
- Generate and close personal contracts while building sales systems.
- Develop outreach strategies and define target prospects.
- Build prospect pipeline, CRM processes, scripts, and reporting.
- Use AI and automation for sales consistency.
- Add and lead team members as the vertical scales.
- Own pod numbers and reporting via weekly scorecards.
