Requirements

  • Solid B2B sales experience (outbound/inbound).
  • Experience managing or coaching a sales team.
  • Experience selling to US-based business owners or decision-makers.
  • Experience owning a team quota.
  • Ability to build sales playbooks and processes without templates.
  • Strong data tracking and pattern recognition skills.
  • Proficiency in daily use of AI tools.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Run an assigned vertical industry as a business inside ScaleSource.
  • Generate and close personal contracts while building sales systems.
  • Develop outreach strategies and define target prospects.
  • Build prospect pipeline, CRM processes, scripts, and reporting.
  • Use AI and automation for sales consistency.
  • Add and lead team members as the vertical scales.
  • Own pod numbers and reporting via weekly scorecards.
