Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of full-time experience at a Fortune 500 semiconductor, consumer-electronics, or networking-hardware company, or a major contract manufacturer.
- Background in semiconductor design, fabrication, PCB design, electronic-assembly, hardware test engineering, or electronics supply-chain.
- Day-to-day use of ANSYS Fluent/STAR-CCM+, Siemens Opcenter or Rockwell FactoryTalk, and GitHub/GitLab.
- Strong analytical thinking and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Build a realistic digital workspace centered on Drive folders including design reviews, schematics, and test reports.
- Design multi-step tasks grounded in real workflows to challenge frontier AI agents.
- Collaborate with electronics-manufacturing experts to design environments and review scenarios.
- Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria.
- Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking for next-generation AI systems.
