Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles.
  • Fluent English (C1–C2) both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and draft contracts through to deal closing.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
  • Research industry trends and identify potential markets for business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on personal KPIs consistently.
  • Collaborate with the team on strategic and long-term objectives.
  • Coordinate with leadership to identify and implement new business approaches.
  • Analyze feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
