Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles.
- Fluent English (C1–C2) both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Experience with AI-driven tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Emotional intelligence and resilience in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and draft contracts through to deal closing.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
- Research industry trends and identify potential markets for business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and manage pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
- Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Track and report on personal KPIs consistently.
- Collaborate with the team on strategic and long-term objectives.
- Coordinate with leadership to identify and implement new business approaches.
- Analyze feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
