Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or healthcare support experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar case management platforms.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing workflows.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tasks and operational requests.
- Resolve non-clinical issues related to authorizations and demographic corrections.
- Create and route cases in Salesforce with clear background information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and operational concerns.
- Develop and maintain operational workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
- Perform account audits and quality reviews within Salesforce.
- Provide supplemental call support and conduct outreach to clients.
- Assist with pilot testing of new tools and technology updates.
