Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Health Care related preferred).
- 5+ years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in sales and forecasting analytics processes.
- Strong planning, execution, and project-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel by air and car for meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external supply chain for product shipment logistics and inventory management.
- Manage and review 867/852 data to ensure data integrity and flow between company and wholesalers.
- Analyze historical sales trends, demand drivers, and market trends to maximize profitability.
- Support key stakeholders with analysis of customer utilization data and contract compliance.
- Develop financial models and analytical tools for trade-related projects.
- Monitor wholesaler segment inventory levels and shipping changes.
- Support tracking of contract terms, payments, and ROI for distribution service agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address supply chain opportunities and challenges.
