- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Medicaid agreements.
- Proven experience in people leadership and team development.
- Expertise in Medicaid rebate systems and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and operational transformation.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience using generative AI tools for professional productivity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop best-in-class delivery processes and ensure positive client experiences.
- Direct the review and approval of Medicaid rebate deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Serve as subject matter expert in Medicaid processing and regulatory requirements.
- Drive rebate savings through claims-level validation and dispute resolution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Medicaid operations team.
- Manage strategic client relationships as a senior point of escalation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive adoption of AI and automation tools.
