Requirements
- Must be based in Japan.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years experience in technical solutions, project or client management.
- Experience at a SaaS company, preferably in CRM.
- Ability to manage both business and technical issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience working in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Be the technical owner of a portfolio of accounts and work with the Client Success and Client Solutions team to meet the clients’ needs.
- Understand Cordial’s platform capabilities to implement solutions to meet client objectives.
- Consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and map Cordial features to address them.
- Create and deliver technical success plans and manage cross-functional execution.
- Solve strategic campaign and technical challenges.
- Support CSMs in driving renewals and upsells.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Client Experience team.
