Requirements

  • Must be based in Japan.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years experience in technical solutions, project or client management.
  • Experience at a SaaS company, preferably in CRM.
  • Ability to manage both business and technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical owner of a portfolio of accounts and work with the Client Success and Client Solutions team to meet the clients’ needs.
  • Understand Cordial’s platform capabilities to implement solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and map Cordial features to address them.
  • Create and deliver technical success plans and manage cross-functional execution.
  • Solve strategic campaign and technical challenges.
  • Support CSMs in driving renewals and upsells.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Client Experience team.
